You already have THE SKILLS. Let’s put them TO WORK in FORENSIC PRACTICE.

Hey, I’m tireeka watson.

FORENSIC EVALUATOR // BUSINESS OWNER // BOY MOM // EDUCATOR // STRATEGIST // BOBA LOVER

I help social workers and licensed clinicians ethically expand into forensic practice without sacrificing their license, integrity, or mental health.

Over a decade of practice has taken me from therapy rooms to courtrooms, from community mental health to forensic evaluation, from direct client care to training the next generation of clinicians ready to enter this space.

Now I help other social workers and licensed clinicians make that same transition. Clinicians deserve a clear, ethical path into forensic work, one that doesn't ask them to guess at scope of practice or figure it out alone.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Tireeka Watson, LCSW, ASAM-C, is a licensed clinical social worker, forensic clinician, and educator specializing in ethical, scope-aligned court-involved mental health work. She is the founder of Anchored in Essence, where she provides clinical services, forensic evaluations, and professional education for clinicians navigating forensic and legal systems.

Tireeka is known for helping clinicians understand licensure scope, professional boundaries, and ethical decision-making in high-stakes environments. Through workshops, webinars, and mentorship, she supports clinicians in building clarity and confidence without compromising their license or integrity.

I work with CLINICIANS, Private Practices and Organizations ready for FORENSIC WORK.

Stop guessing at scope of practice and finally step into your forensic career. i work with:

✓ Clinicians ready to break into forensic work: you're licensed and experienced, but no one's ever shown you exactly where to start or what's within your scope.

✓ Clinicians adding forensic services to an existing private practice: you've already built something solid, and now you want to expand it without putting your license or reputation at risk.

✓ Organizations & universities looking for a guest speaker: you want someone who can speak to forensic mental health work with real, direct experience

WHAT GUIDES MY WORK

01

CLINICAL INTEGRITY

Every evaluation, report, and consultation reflects the highest standards of forensic practice. What I put my name on, I stand behind.

02

cultural humility

Race, identity, and lived experience are not footnotes in forensic work. They are central to accurate, ethical evaluation and meaningful reentry planning.

03

JUSTICE INFORMED

I understand the criminal legal system not just academically but from years of direct work with the people moving through it. That perspective shapes everything.

04

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The forensic mental health field needs more trained, diverse clinicians. Part of my mission is making that path more accessible for the next generation.
